Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges can be done for the same product in a different size or for any other product listed in our eligible exchange section on the website.
If no exchange list is available at the time, you may select a product of your preference from our website. In case the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid; if it is of lower value, the balance will be refunded as store credit.

If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can email us at  connect@cozyclo.in

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
For all other returns, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Default →you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding freight or shipping charges (quick, within 48–72 hrs).

On request → Bank Refund (5–7 working days after approval). 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
